• Often our routine is in such a way that whatever work comes before us, we start doing it and because of this, all our time goes into handling small tasks. Our important work just doesn't get done because of it. Because we keep busy with unimportant things. An ambitious person should be careful about this because, in order to be successful, it is necessary that important things be done first. Always remember that success doesn't come from unimportant things, but from important things, so keep your priorities clear and don't waste your time on unimportant things.That's why the third principle of the best use of time is to do the most important thing first. Let's look at an example of setting your priorities regarding time.
When a famous musician was learning to play the violin, she found that her progress was not satisfactory. Upon finding the reason, he found that cleaning the house, arranging things, cooking, etc. took a lot of time before he could practice music, so he got less time to practice the violin. After knowing this, she resolved that since music is most important to her, she would first practice music. Will do all the rest work after that. After disciplining herself in this way, she made remarkable progress in the field of music, as she was now doing her most important work first."This example makes it clear that every ambitious person should do his most important work first, but for that he has to figure it out. He should have a clear plan of his priorities which are the most important tasks. It is very easy to do this. Make three columns in a diary titled A, B and C. In column A, put your most important tasks that you consider essential. In column B, put tasks that are not essential, but important. Place common tasks in the C column that are neither essential nor important.He spent his whole life pouring empty vaults into empty wells and now he is wasting his old age in pulling them up.

After A column, start the work of B column and after that go to the work of C column only after time.
